Why do I need a Plan?
For so many reasons... Firstly, you will need a plan if you are going to succeed in reaching your goals.
Most of our clients need a Fitness and Nutrition Plan because they want to feel better about themselves but don't know where to start OR they just don't have the time to think about what choices are going to be best for them and want an expert tell them what to do so they have more time in their life for the fun stuff.
Let me guess, you have tried this diet and that workout but nothing sticks.

What can I expect with a My Coaching Hotline Fitness and Nutrition Plan?
When you sign up with us, the first thing we ask you to do is complete a series of assessment forms so that we can accurately design a plan for you. These will include :
We will also ask you to fill in a 3 day Food Journal, take body measurements and your "Before" photos.
Once you have submitted the forms, we will have our Initial Consultation Meeting. This via Skype Video call.
In this 1 hour session, we will discover your Outcome Goals - These are a long term measure of strategic effectiveness and the best news is once we have discovered what they are, you can forget about them. It is now my responsibility, as your coach, to make sure you reach those goals.
The next step is to prescribe your Behavior Goals. We will set these goals by studying your daily routine and life demands, identifying any limiting factors we need to address, to ensure that sticking to your plan is realistic.
Next, we will provide you with a Recipe Guide, full of delicious, nutritious, healthy meals, snacks and drinks. Using this Guide will be your way of ensuring you never run out of ideas and get nutritional boredom. It will also ensure that you can easily make the right choices so that you are continually getting closer to your goal.
We will also provide you with your Workout Guide - your tailor made exercise program. This is available to you in the form of 10 minute
specific body segment videos, so that you can build a workout routine based on how much time you have available that day.

- A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
- A Medical History and Present Medical Condition Questionnaire.
- A Comprehensive Client Information Sheet - your daily routine , specific goals, any allergies etc.
- A Readiness for Change Questionnaire.
- A Kitchen Makeover Questionnaire.
- A Social Support Questionnaire.

Continued Support
Once you have your plan and you know what you have to do, we will then reconnect every 2 weeks via Skype for a "Check-in".
This is your opportunity to ask any questions, express any thoughts and provide feedback on your plan and how you feel it it working for you.
They are my opportunity, as your coach to monitor your progress, collecting data in the form of measurements, copies of your food journal and performance assessments.
It is in these sessions we will make any nutritional adjustments. Afterall, as your body changes so too will your nutritional needs so regular check-ins and maintaining the program is key to success and I want you to succeed.
