Gem's Food Rules
- Eat every 2-3 hours
- Include lean protein in each meal
- Include vegetables in each meal
- Save carb heavy meals for after exercise
- Include a good balance of healthy fats
- Stick to the above rules 90% of the time. The other 10% you can have whatever you like (that includes a glass of wine!)
